MEETING POINT:10:00AM at the Johnstown Garden Centre, Naas Road, Co. Kildare.

RUN STARTS AT 11:00AM.

FINISH POINT: Approx 1:00PM at the Discovery Park, Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny.

Refreshments and prize draw on the day.

A donation of €10 per car taking part, will go directly to this charity which, since 1992, has worked to grant the wishes of children aged between 3 and 18 years living with life-threatening medical conditions.

We ask all members and enthusiasts to show their support for this event.

VAGE’s Annual Show ‘n’ Shine………..the ‘Fermoy’ show is back!

WHEN? Sunday, August 15th, 2010. Gates open 9:00am; cars to be on display by 11:00am.

WHERE? Mill Island Complex, Fermoy, Co. Cork.

HOW MUCH? €10 per car, includes driver and 1 adult passenger. Kids go free.

Trade stands, club stands, onsite catering, free autojumble, and everything else you’d expect from Ireland’s largest VW show!

VAGE will be attending the new ”Dubshed” show on Sunday, April 11th, which is being organised and run by the folks from Club GTI-NI. The show is being held at the RUAS Balmoral showgrounds, Belfast, and VAGE will have ten cars on display at the indoor arena - they’re will also be plenty of carspaces available in the outdoor arena if anyone is interested in making the trip to support what promises to be an excellent show! Yes, it’s that time of year again!

We are currently planning our trip to this years GTI International show, being held at Bruntingthorpe airfield, Leicestershire, in the UK on June 27th/28th.

We will have a club stand at the show, and plans are being made for both those who wish to camp at the show, and those who plan to stay in one of the many hotels in the area.

Our first meet of 2010 will take place on March 28th, at 12noon at the Quality Hotel, Redbarn, Youghal, Co. Cork.

Lunch will be available on the day, and there’s ample parking and some beautiful sea backdrops to get a few pics.

This meet is being organised by vagdrivers.net members and we intend to our show our support by attending.

It’s been a long, hard winter, so this is a great oportunity to get out in our cars, meet up with old friends, and chat about all things VAG.
